What is your booking policy?
The Fort Smith Convention Center (FSCC), managed by Oak View Group, reserves the right to review, approve, or decline event bookings at its discretion. All event requests are subject to facility availability, operational requirements, and compliance with applicable policies and procedures. A booking is not confirmed until a signed agreement is executed and required deposits are received.
